Mountain States Retired Racehorse Rehoming
"We have partnered with MSRRR for just a short time, and the horses are honestly represented and given fair opportunities at new starts in life! We have gotten to work with four horses thus far from them and they have been absolute wonders: kind, willing and exceptionally trainable!"

FW Charlotte's Web in the jumper ring at Colorado Horse Park.

Turtle is another MSRRR adoptee who went on to The Four Winds with Linnea. He stepped into the hunter ring for the first time at the Colorado Horse Park just 3 months after being adopted.

"I have been blessed to know Brandi and Kerry Kemper for several years now, beginning with my adoption of Ninelives. Ninelives was a gentle giant and staple in my barn, doing everything from jumping courses to ranch work. He was a one of a kind horse with the heart and looks to match. I am now constantly on the lookout for horses bred similarly to him because he was simply perfect. We welcomed another gentle giant from MSRRR into our family shorty after Ninelives named Mighty Champ. With just 10 rides off the track he was lessoning with amateurs in the hunter jumper program I was working for." (continues)

"Aside from my great experiences adopting personal horses from MSRRR I was given to opportunity to ride and rehome a handful of OTTBs for them. All of these horses were a blast to ride and found great homes. I cannot recommend MSRRR enough and will hopefully add another one of their horses to my barn in the near future!" -Megan C. of Hall, MT

"Brandi helped me find the perfect one. Cadillac adapted to my other two horses well and is so smart. He learns new skills I introduce to him so fast!"
-Nicole P. of Oshkosh, NE

"I had a great experience adopting from MSRRR. They made the whole process so easy! When I first reached out to them I told them what I was looking for, and they directed me towards the horse I ended up purchasing! I’m currently patterning him in hopes of him becoming my next barrel horse. He is so fun and easy to work with. He amazes me with his good temperament, ability to learn quickly, and his amazing personality!"
-Jadyn A. of Penrose, CO

"MSRRR has a great selection and they make the process of choosing your next OTTB partner seamless, easy, and fun! We couldn’t love our OTTB mare “Roka” (JC: Renee's Passion) from MSRRR more! She is an incredibly athletic sport horse and a barn favorite! She is versatile and has competed in both English and Western events from cross country eventing to barrel racing/gymkhanas! She tries her heart out which is what you usually will get with having an OTTB. I couldn’t imagine my life without her. Thanks MSRRR!"
- Caroline T. of Commerce City, CO

"I met Brandi nearly three years ago when I was looking for my next dressage and eventing partner after losing my last horse to colic. Brandi reached out and told me about a cool, chill boy hanging out in her pasture. I drove up to meet him—and less than a few weeks later, he came home to me. His name is Hulk, but to me he’s affectionately known as Hugo. I never imagined feeling so safe on a relatively young horse. But Hugo is massive, kind, gentle, and so far takes care of me. He’s made it clear he doesn’t want to lose his “backpack.” I’m endlessly thankful to Brandi— she has such an incredible gift for matching people and horses. Hugo has brought healing, confidence, and joy back into my life, and I’m so grateful for this second chance." - Christine C.

FW Marmalade Jam is another graduate via the Four Winds. He was recently adopted by one of their clients Olivia. The duo recently took on the hunters at Copper Penny Horse Show in Estes Park.
